Time for another update. Retirement got me again, we are going sailing. Closed out the build career with 4 custom homes in Palmetto Bluff and build out of our remaining land bank in Folly Beach and downtown Charleston SC. In partnership with JJR Developments we are also nearly complete on 50 workforce homes in Union Heights. All sold as fee simple and built without subsidy, affordable by HUD definition. Our son, Kris now takes the reins for construction work. Focusing now on building our yacht to take our family around the world and see the places of my youth.
