● ICAgile PO Course: Instrumental in collating, building, and curating the content for Spark’s new ICAgile PO course as part of a focused team.● Spark Data Accelerator Internship Programme: Key part of the team that developed and led the internal Data Accelerator Internship programme, this received 170 applications and resulted in 17 Spark employees from across the business getting full time job offers in the data and automation space, providing career opportunities for Spark people, and talent for Spark data leadership.● Revamping of the Agile Playbook/ Website: Key part of the team that updated, improved and changed the medium of information Spark provides internally on Agile.

● Developed a technology-wide team maturity model, enhancing team internal capability● Developed and implemented technology group Agile training, increasing team understanding of effective ways of working● Developed and continuously improved the company software production release and change process, leading to smoother and more predictable releases to customers.

● Executed multiple projects to transition high profile new customers (large U.S. banks) onto the company’s Customer Operations platform● Established a Continuous Improvement capability within Customer Operations, ensuring a continual focus on service improvement.● Set up a new ‘Data Services’ area within the company, streamlining the process by which financial transactions flow into Visa’s Business-to-Business software offering.

● Led a team of 12 specialist web designers, software developers and administrators to produce a consistant flow of new websites for business owners.● Implemented and continuously improved systems for the development of websites and custom web software, enabling the company to produce high quality websites rapidly.

● Led a team to create software for resale through company marketing channels. This software became a highly profitable revenue stream for the company.● Created software for internal company use, allowing employees to leverage automation to increase efficiency of operations.
