I was AOL's resident corporate training facilitator. I built expertise on interviewing skills, teaching our hiring managers how to make the best possible hiring decisions through structured, behavioral interviewing. I taught the course in nearly every office domestically and internationally including India, Germany, England, Ireland, and Canada. In addition, I utilized my nearly 20 years of HR experience to teach several classes a month on feedback and communication skills, personal branding, performance optimization, and interpersonal skills.Along with training, I co-led our Cultural Ambassador Program (CAP). AOL's CAP drove value for our hiring managers, providing an unbiased interview assessment of candidates against the company's Core Values, ensuring that they not only get the most talented contributors, but also individuals that would thrive in AOL's culture and environment. CAP was over 160 members strong and in addition to candidate assessments, our Cultural Ambassadors were involved in programs and initiatives in every office and business unit that drove the bottom line.I had the ability to impact our most valuable asset - people - by helping to grow, engage, and retain top talent while improving/enhancing our culture.

Led internal recruitment sourcing team, TalentSource. TalentSource included internal mobility, employee referrals, talent community management, and college recruiting. Under my leadership, TalentSource accounted for over 50% of domestic roles filled. I led a team of talented, driven, and resourceful program managers/recruiters that improved participation in the employee referral program; increased referral source-of-hire; built and maintained an innovative program to attract and engage passive top talent through in-office events; and engaged with and hired AOL's Millennial workforce through internships and fellowships.

Provided consulting services to Business Executives interested in developing entry-level/MBA recruiting strategies to augment traditional staffing efforts. Built relationships with colleges and universities to promote AOL and developed/implemented strategies for creating employer-of-choice branding on target campuses. Designed and implemented all AOL college recruitment activities for year round intern & coop programs and full-time entry-level/MBA hiring.
