CurrentMac Engineer and Subject Matter Expert for National Institute of Health in the Office of the Director- Provide macOS imaging solutions utilizing MDM enrollment via Apple Business Manager and Jamf- Responsible for patching and software release distribution to mac workstations, and Jamf servers, including creating and testing packages. - Assess vulnerability & patch information from Tenable Compliance Scans for macOS and determine application and production impacts.Assists in proactively developing patch and vulnerability management procedures and processes within the operations - team and in conjunction with business and IT partners. - Utilize Jamf Administration, to automate patch deployment and software deployment - Responsible for hardware standards, engineering and securing the standard desktop platform, implementation of policies and procedures to ensure consistency with customer goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. - Create and maintain CISA Baseline standard images for desktop and laptop computers including the automated portion of the overall imaging process. - Worked as a liaison with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues within the desktop environment.- Followed Change Management Process to present CR’s to Change Advisory Board- High proficiency with centralized macOS security, encryption, and policy management as well as Active Directory integration- Created standard documentation and SOPs as required to maintain the mac environment- Tested new versions of macOS to ensure compatibility with current baseline standards and software
