Servant-Leader: I served as a Scrum Master for 2 teams within our organization. I help guide the teams and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to create a strong development atmosphere. I guide the team on how to get the most of out self organization. My job also includes assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization. Also, I remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the roadblock from the team. As a Scrum Master, I build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving. I have also helped to educate and train new employees on the scrum teams. I have also helped train other scrum teams on the agile principals across our global organization. On a daily basis, I will assist with internal and external communication, help improve transparency, and radiate information. I assist in any scrum questions the Product Owner may have, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog. I will provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example.Facilitating: I facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work. Also, I facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolutions. I facilitate meetings to ensure that the teams follow the Agile principles. As a Scrum Master, I also facilitate the following scrum ceremonies: -Daily Standup -Sprint Retrospective -Sprint Planning -Sprint Review -Backlog Grooming

As a supervisor I managed yearly reviews for team members and set individual yearly goals for each member. I also handled timecards and time off requests. I worked with HR on situations that arose and helped create performance plans to help team members on a path of improvement.I also manage licenses for the development staff and assist in the development budget.

I was responsible for the development of major features in our core product. I worked with project management from the point of specifications to release of the feature. Juggled assisting support on major bugs and working on features as requested. Helped to make improvements to our backend development, and worked on the build process as needed.

I worked to develop on many features, and fix bugs sent from support. I also assisted in applying many updates to our source code after backend changes. I worked with project management to make sure features were built to specifications and satisfactory for the customers.

I worked to convert many different database types to our core product's database. When a clinic purchased our software then they needed their data converted to our database so they wouldn't lose any important data. I converted the data into a first pass that was reviewed by the clinic. I would then do a final pass with a quick turnaround so the clinic would lose almost no data.
