Hi, I'm a creative who lives in Chattanooga, TN. The first word I ever spoke was 'IDEA', and as a creative – ideas have been integral to my life ever since.Prior to starting & running a fly fishing shop in Chattanooga from 2015 - 2018 (my first retail job), my career had been in design, marketing & product development. From production artist to creative director, I’ve worked freelance, in-house, and for agencies since 2001. I’ve worked on countless national campaigns for several industries, including beverage, sports, entertainment & home decor (Coca-Cola, Early Times Whisky, Crown Royal Canadian Whisky, Bassmaster Elite Series, Nascar, Frogg Toggs, Gaylord & many more).My wife, Cassie, and I have been married for 16 years & we have an awesome 7 year old little girl named Ruthie. Aside from my ladies, my passions in life are: fly fishing, photography, design, typography, skateboarding, camping, canoeing, woodworking, soccer, guitar, music, cooking, brewing a legit cup of coffee, whisk(e)y, reading, leather-working, tinkering, and watching The Three Amigos.My skills include (but are not limited to): Design, Marketing, Brand Development, Photography, Advertising, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign & PhotoShop are my bread and butter, but I’m competent in XD, Premiere, Lightroom & Audition), Microsoft Office, Sales, Product Design & Development, Creative Problem Solving, Learning Quickly, Word-Smithing/Copy Writing, Witty Banter and Beard GrowingMy HTML & CSS skills are somewhat malnourished, but that can be corrected quickly & I’m in the process of learning After Effects & Fusion 360.Skills I don't have: Whistling, Growing hair on my scalp, Keeping a straight face, Not humming to good music, Shutting up when you get me talking about something I’m passionate about.
