Business Development Manager
Current• Develop & Manage revenue generation of commercial real estate assets owned by the company• Due diligence coordination, analysis, and negotiation for new investment purchases• Researching, Planning, and implementing new market initiatives• Researching prospective accounts in target markets• Commercial Leasing• Prepare business plans, offering memorandums and proforma financial models for investors and financial partners• Analyzing financing options, feasibility study in acquisition process for new investment opportunities• Assist with Marketing activities, including planning and executing experiential community events to promote company owned properties and tenants• Assist Asset Manager to plan and execute leasing strategies• Asist CEO and Executive Management with special projects
