- Manage all tech teams (Backend/Frontend Devs, Database Devs, IT, OPS, QA) and worked closely with our CSM teams and executives.- Provide mentoring and career guidance to team members. Some of which have become managers.- Built and managed a remote distributed development team in multiple time zones.- Led efforts converting to a container-based infrastructure on ECS from EC2 VMs.- Creating AWS procedures around spend analytics (FinOps) to make better data driven financial decisions.- Assist with clients projects for new features and feature updates.

I lead the QA team and assist in improving the development process and continuous integration process. My responsibilities and achievements include the following:- Built a QA department from scratch.- Manage the day to day duties of all the testers.- Assisted in switching the company over to a more efficient development process (Agile)- I work closely with the engineers, project managers, and CTO, on implementing and/or improving process and technology.- Developed a custom automated testing framework to fit development and product needs.- Rebuilt our build process so that code builds are faster with additional control over deploys.- Performance Testing- Data Analysis (MySQL)- Front end user flow, and process design- Created QA workshops to help testers (or anyone who is interested) improve there testing abilities and learn about other testing strategies like automation.

I work on the QA platform team, my job roles includes the following:- Working closely with the web and platform developers.- Developing web apps and an automation framework.- Testing major platform API including Account Management, Payment Processing, and Data Sync.- SQL queries- Writing and executing automation scripts. (Python, Java)- Log Tailing including Splunk & Putty- Front end user flow, and process design- Test Plan/Case Creation and Management- Running multiple product testing cycles simultaneously- Working with multiple departments simultaneously.
