At my core, I am a problem solver. I am passionate about creating a world that is more equitable, more connected, more technologically enabled and more human. I thrive when things are highly-complex and highly-constrained. I have deep experience in human centered design manifesting in solutions that span physical, digital, and service touch points. I am process and efficiency minded and bring lean and six sigma tools with me as well as generative, innovation focused skills of research and concepting.I currently lead a team of designers focused on enabling better workflows and experiences to match the right patient with the right provider and have them seen as quickly as possible. Our concerns are process improvement, usability, and integration with the other functions and teams inside of athenahealth. We set the tone for the patient experience and are the digital front door for our practices.
