As the Director of MHC ACO Population Health Analytics, I am responsible for overseeing the implementation and expanded use of multiple population health applications across Marshall Health Network. The portfolio includes the Cerner HealtheIntent Population Health suite (HealtheAnalytics, HealtheRegistries, and HealtheCare) and the Signify Health/CVS Healthspring Platform. In this role, I assume the end-to-end ownership of operationalizing each product line within the portfolio. As the Population Health Data Analyst, I work closely with executive leadership and business operations to ensure information needed to improve health outcomes and lower costs is accurate, timely, and readily available to key stakeholders across the organization.
