CurrentKey accountabilities during this period – Multiple roles:1. Accountability for 42 Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO) and Electronic Devices (3 internal sites) operations covering Americas, EU, and Asia including the Global service & repair provision. 2. Accountability for Tier Governance across the organizations focusing via SQDCP & LEAN to develop a culture of continues improvement in all areas with Safety the #1 priority. 3. Leadership of the Franchise OPEX strategies and deployment to improve efficiency and margin via value stream optimization/transformation embedded through cultural engagement. 4. Portfolio and program management leadership for the AWM business ensuring Commercial and cross functional collaboration to enhance decision quality and visibility of purpose and vision.5. Responsible for the Advanced Wound Management design transfer process and technology/process development for New Product Introductions that leverage NPD governance and DFM. 6. Engineering, Life Cycle Management, accountability for the Advanced Wound Management Franchise covering wound care, electronic devices, biologics, and Pharmaceuticals to enable connected Technology. 7. Quality management experience linked to OPEX to optimize cost and compliance requirements covering autonomous quality, process capability, CTQ rationalization.8. Direct & in-direct procurement leadership experience to optimize the direct materials and CMO global supply footprint to optimize service and margin. 9. Partnering with senior functional Directors, Vice Presidents, Presidents across the Smith & Nephew network to contribute to the development of functional strategies that align to the needs of the evolving external regulatory and commercial environment and continued development of the S&N networks.
