Current• Financial control and leadership in general contracting business focusing on multi-family, mixed use, hospitality, and sports/entertainment• Directly manage 13-person team consisting of project accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and compliance• Monthly close, financial statement preparation, administrative cost reporting, WIP schedules, BIE/CIE reports• Analyze subcontractor financial capacity in prequalification process• Perform treasury functions including bank relationships and administration, deposits, reconciliations, and cash flow reporting and analysis• Review and approve all project-related payables and employee expense reports• Supervise fixed asset inventory and accounting• Participate in overhead cost analysis, forecasting, and budgeting• Champion best-practice use of company’s ERP, Trimble/Viewpoint, mentoring both accounting and operations staff to produce consistent data• Lead and perform annual audit process• Assist with tax calculations and filing
