I have an enthusiastic approach to corporate IT for small- to mid-sized businesses. Far from the nerdy, hard-to-talk-to stereotypical IT person, I provide real solutions to real people at all levels of an organization. In my journey in IT leadership I like to say I take responsibility for everything with a blinking light. I’m at home planning a new network infrastructure design for a new office space, planning and budgeting PC refresh programs, working with both Macs and PCs, providing ERP support, all the way down to manning the Help Desk when trouble arises. Shared services are my specialty along with building a great IT team.“That’s not my job” doesn’t enter into my vocabulary. I see IT as an entire working network, with plenty of software and hardware nuances that the company depends on to get their work done. While I’m completely fluent with all the technical jargon that make most corporate leadership cringe, you’ll find I’m easy to communicate with and simply strive to keep the entire network and all its wonderful components, working as trouble free and safe as possible.
