I help service companies reach homeowners in California's mid-century modern communities. These are active and engaged homeowners who care deeply about preserving and improving their Eichler homes and other mid-century modern classics.Much of my time is spent building annual programs that combine print, Web, and email marketing. I also conduct the basic research to qualify potential new Preferred Service Companies. Joining requires a solid record of good customer service and quality workmanship and approval of the State Contractors License Board and Better Business Bureau. The Eichler Network offers only a limited number of memberships in each service or product category. Examples of companies I work with include general contractors, painting contractors, architects, flooring contractors, roofers, HVAC specialists, kitchen and bath specialists, green energy contractors, appliance vendors, landscape architects and designers, electricians, and specialists in many other categories.
