I have a passion for mentoring people, particularly those in the VC and startup space, and helping them become leaders. I did that at Surefire Local, the SaaS company I started in my home office and continue working as Founder/Executive Chairman with an incredibly talented executive team running day to day operations. Given that more than 90% of business leaders fail when launching a business, my mission is to dramatically reduce that rate. Working with each client 1:1, I help them navigate the often-tumultuous journey from the seed of an idea to a successful, value-driven business. I do this by empowering SaaS entrepreneurs and senior leaders to not only confront the relentless barrage of obstacles coming their way, but to overcome them. The secret to this transformation isn’t hidden in a new “growth hack” or an influx of knowledge. It’s ignited by consistent, focused execution.
