- I am responsible for building and maintaining financial and performance dashboards for C-level executives, directors and other decision makers.- Point person for writing ad hoc queries and analyses from our database or multitude of 3rd party data sources.- I am in charge of writing and querying our click stream database which records clicks and impressions across all of our brands.- Utilize SQL and Python on a daily basis to pull and analyze data from various 3rd parties such as Google Analytics.- Spearheaded implementing a forecasting model which has consistently been within 1% accuracy each month.- Leader in charge of building a volunteer program at our local Sustainable Food Center.

- Work closely with Gexa’s sales team to provide an accurate cost for specific deals in the ERCOT market in a timely manner. - Employ technical judgement, market knowledge and company practices to cost commercial deals. - Utilize feedback from sales reps and brokers and adjust pricing accordingly when necessary. - Build/calculate Heat rate, block and index products to provide flexibility to the customers. - Provide feedback and recommendations to sales reps for customers with risky load. - Build structure for product conversions/blend and extends using contract info, current market conditions and conversion information from sales.- Prepare vetting documents for especially large/complex deals to be approved by directors and the CEO. - Analyze load data and present the deal structure to directors/CEO.- Train and mentor incoming Pricing Analysts in the ERCOT ISO. - Organize, track, and manage deal flow for five analysts including myself to present to upper management.

- Improved current billing processes, worked towards automating processes and turn-key operations.- Collaborated closely with the IT department in creating reports to close various gaps in processes.- Designed ad hoc SQL queries for team members/internal departments.- Worked closely with the accounting team to provide revenue forecasts for customers on complex products.- Proficient 3rd party software including SalesForce, MicroStrategy, and SQL. Relayed pass/fail analysis to IT and aided in applying “patches.”
