CurrentWith 30+ years of experience in the print management industry, I have managed programs involved with plant management, fulfillment, account development, etc.. Here are some of the larger projects I have managed/developed.• The creation and implementation of shelf strips for a national retail chain with 7000+ stores resulting in an ROI of $12,000,000 over 5 years.• The redesign of a benefits enrollment program resulting in enhanced ease of use for employees, reduced program administrative costs by $390,000 annually, and improved access to vital employee information in a timelier manner.• The creation of a digital document library, for 100 regional managers to have immediate access to reporting, discontinued or recalled items vs mail received once per week.• The reduction of new hire kits from 23 pieces to 9, creating a higher percentage of completed documents.• The redesign of a shipping box eliminating oversize charges. This resulted in 40% savings on shipping charges.• During a natural disaster, I took a project and reduced labor from 35 employees to 10. This freed up the other 25 employees to work on other projects during a very low number in the labor force.• I was a member of an efficiency team that created a cost savings of $2,000,000 in 12 months.• Co-managed a warehouse and fulfillment center for a nation-wide print distributor. This was the smallest location, but #1 in revenue and profit margin. • I managed the largest warehouse and fulfillment center for a nation-wide print distributor on an interim basis. During my time there, I increased the kitting and fulfillment by 200%.• Moved the print and mail of 50,000 premium statements in-house reducing production time from 15 days to 48 hours.• Consolidating 100 branches daily transaction mail to one location. This resulted in 710 hours weekly saved that branch employees could use for daily higher priority projects. The mail was also presorted resulting in a reduction in postage.
