I co-owned a small web & graphic design company with a good friend of mine, in which we designed websites for many local businesses and musicians. At one point we were able to work with a multi-million dollar international company to re-design their website, which was very well received. Most of our business came from a partnership with a local recording studio. At the time none of the already made content management systems for websites were easy enough to use, nor were they flexible enough to do what we needed.
