I am a proven leader with more than 20 years' management experience in the hospitality industry including multi-service hotels and casinos nationwide. My career achievements are diverse having also owned and operated several cafes, bars and restaurants in inner-city Brisbane. I have been repeatedly hired by business owners to improve their bottom line and maximize the use of resources to contribute to the long-term success of their business. I have managed budgets ranging from $1m–$45m annually and built teams of 10 to 500 employees. My expertise is in budgeting and forecasting, profit and loss, customer service and retention, employee development and stakeholder engagement. Most importantly, I lead by example and have a genuine interest in the people I work with.
