I helped launch Christiansen McCain (CM), a creative, strategic think tank. At CM my goal was to help drive organizations to recognize its potential, set progressive and reachable goals, and define a new level of success through smart interactive solutions. I worked with businesses, organizations and agencies that were looking to expand their interactive.

As an Interactive Strategist I was responsible for managing the interactive department as well as developing interactive plans that reached our clients goals. Once those plans were put into motion I managed the interactive process from conception to launch. I oversaw creative, I designed and even developed all things interactive.

I managed a creative team consisting of two designers, an art director and a copywriter. I was responsible for all creative aspects of advertising campaigns being handled by the agency from concept through production. I set the tone in cooperation with the Chief Marketing Officer for the creative philosophy of the agency and for the standards of quality of.

I managed an interactive team consisting of a web designer and a flash designer, for the development of dynamic and static web sites. I lead the team in all phases of site construction and maintenance including web mapping, conceptualization, design and programming as well as assisting in the direction of the interactive department with the Vice President.

I designed and developed web sites ranging from brochure-ware type sites to full functioning e-commerce web sites. I developed a strong awareness of working with clients and designing towards the goals of those clients. I gained a strong understanding of brand and integrating that brand message into interactive layouts.

As a web designer at Leopard, I took what I learned in college and at my internship and applied it to my first full time gig at an ad agency. I cut my teeth in this position and developed the capability to work in a team environment. I realized the importance of brainstorming, not rushing my work and putting 110% into every project no matter how large or.

I have worked with clients on an individual basis as an Interactive Art/Creative Director. The level of work has ranged from consultation to strategy and execution of various interactive projects and interactive marketing plans.
