Shared ownership of all National Accounts within the organization by creating and maintaining relationships with those customers, conveying the customer’s expectations back to the organization, and eliciting new business within those customers where opportunities arose. Focus on ensuring that all facets of our organizations delivery were to the customers expectations and managed those expectations through a formal measurement process. Areas measured; Account Management (Sales), Installation, Service, Monitoring, and Billing. Responsible for meeting with each customer quarterly to present a scorecard detailing the measurements and the organizations delivery accordingly. Coordinate with Sales and Operations to maintain great performance and drive resolution where improvement is needed.

Responsible for National Service Department generating over $3.9 Million in revenue with roughly 20 accounts (over 1000 locations), with two direct reports as Customer Service Representatives. Geographical scope includes all of North America and some interaction within Central and South American. Trained and managed team responsible for receiving, analyzing, distributing, coordinating, and tracking account issues related to hardware and/or software malfunctions. Regular communication with organizations 40+ field offices on escalated issues, problem resolution, and to convey standards concerning national accounts. Also consistently communicating with customers to develop expectations of both organizations, negotiate contracts, estimate agreements, and report out on performance through formal review process.
