- Created and oversee Puente del Pueblo, WBC’S outreach in West Chicago. PdP is embedded in two local apartment complexes with over 2000 residents. ○ PdP currently has a daily afterschool program with 125 students, 1st.
- Planned and executed CareFest since 2005. A single day outreach that builds bridges of love and compassion into DuPage County. This event has over 1000 volunteers and partners with several area churches.
- Created and leads our Refugee ministry through a team of volunteer staff. Each year WBC resettles several refugee families in partnership with World Relief.
- Partnered with Children's Hunger Fund to create a team of volunteers trained to deliver food to those in need in our community. The team currently delivers food to 25 families each week.
- Created a partnership with Administer Justice to host a twice per month legal clinic delivering free legal services to clients living 150% or below the poverty line in DuPage County.
- Catalyzed new growth for a Big Buddies ministry which provides mentors to low income families in Wheaton. Currently there are ~30 mentor matches.

- In 2004 our leadership to allow me to form a team and start a new ministry reaching the unchurched of DuPage County. Accomplishments as Pastor of Eclessia
- Formed Leadership of a dozen twentysomething leaders and equipped them for ministry.
- Launched new worship service on Sunday nights that grew to about 150 regular attenders in two years. Almost all were new to WBC.
- Preached 2-3 times per month at worship services.
- Launched 5 Community groups (small groups) with new young leaders.
- Led short term missions teams to Greece and Ecuador.

- Junior High Ministry grew from 100 kids a week to 165 kids per week.
- Planned and led annual short term mission experience for 80 kids each summer.
- Trained and equipped 45 volunteer staff leaders each year.
- Led youth ministries with four other high capacity staff members.
- Taught Sunday morning lesson almost every week to junior highers or high schoolers.
