*Wrote a HashiCorp Vault + Consul Infrastructure and Configuration as code to run on Kubernetes, to create a repository for secrets.

*Earned a Certified Kubernetes Administrator Certification in 3.5 months.*I was a key player in helping to meet deadlines as we transitioned a web application transition from a QA Environment to, UAT, Beta, and Production.*Setup datadog monitoring, alerts, log aggregation, and a HA RabbitMQ cluster in Kubernetes.*Wrote some PowerShell/Azure CLI scripts to deploy AKS Kubernetes clusters, and some .ps1 to apply the .yamls of the cluster.

Top Highlights: • I created a new reoccurring revenue stream after teaching a 2-day course twice on a DMVPN Remote Gateway Kit that I created in 3 weeks. • I helped foster a relationship that’s lead to a large purchase order (With more on the horizon). A partner company’s engineers spent 2 months working on a buggy prototype to allow doctors to video chat with combat medics in internet dead zones; they’d asked 5 companies for help with no results. My boss introduced them to a brand of MANET Radios they hadn’t used before; within 2 hours I was able to integrate our solutions, fix some bugs, and explain why it worked. I was the primary support for this partner when they showed their product and our MANET Radio and power distribution integrations off to 2 customers. • I rebuilt and modernized Mission Mobility’s entire Network Infrastructure, which doubled their internet speed. I also corrected their address on Google Maps and their website. (They moved locations a month before I started working. I did all this by repurposing equipment instead of buying new equipment and services.)• I recovered 1 million dollars’ worth of R&D blueprints that were on a CAD Server that had been down for months. • I developed a process to fulfill reoccurring orders in 1/5th the time it previously took using images, I documented the procedure well enough that a temp worker was able to independently execute the procedural instruction set I wrote. • I permanently increased the efficiency of all our employees, by taking rarely used SSDs out of demo gear, and putting them in employee’s workstations, I mapped local network shares and Google Team Drive to a Windows Drive Letter. • I prevented the company from losing their domain name after the former administrator forgot to leave documentation of their access login, by white hat hacking into and then securing the account.

• Remedial Math Teacher at LTMS.• Volunteered my planning time/lunch breaks to Assisted Colleagues with quick fixes to Technology Issues (as the official IT guy was shared between 2 schools.) Things like SmartBoard Troubleshooting, Document Camera setup, Helping less technically savvy Colleagues to upload and download files to poorly designed web pages, printer troubleshooting. (I have 5 handwritten thank you notes from doing it over the years.)• In my 3 years, I took 3 personal days and 1 sick day.

• Used Windows and Linux data recovery software to recover payroll data after an employee opened their original backup solution and accidentally replaced their current data with the old backed up data. Then I installed better 1 way differential backup software, wrote a back script to auto launch it, and tied it into a scheduled task. • Connected two networks across the street from each other with a DDWRT wireless bridge• Installed a Wi-Fi PCI card, secured the network with WPA2, and got a network printer working. • Installed Deep Freeze to protect computers from kids messing up settings.
