Big fan of walkable urban places, active transportation, complete streets, and sustainable urban design. Trees are cool! As an Associate Planner at East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission, I write plans, craft impactful engagement with local officials/municipalities, transit operators, and the public, compile policy analyzation and research, and assist in modeling and data analysis of the current transportation system to plan improvement projects. Fun projects include building out and planning for a possible bikeshare system and hosting a Trail Summit, working through various grant programs to fund community projects, and modeling future traffic forecasts. At East Central, we help communities connect with their residents and create improvements to build better spaces to live, work, travel, and play. I was an All-American student-athlete honoree and 2023 Graduate from CSU Chico, earning a Master of Arts Degree in Social Sciences with emphasis on transportation planning. I studied Human Geography & Planning as an undergrad, with certification in Land Use & Environmental Planning. My other areas of interest and academic study include Economics, Environmental Policy, Public Administration, and Political Science, with additional teaching experience in Social and Political Sciences.
