Effectively manage staff and volunteer resources in the Region provides staff direction, planning, and evaluation for day-to-day operations of Community Income Development Specialists in Chester and Delaware Counties, to help them achieve their goals.

Through the effective management of volunteer resources, provides overall responsibility for the planning, development, and implementation of Income Development activities within Bucks and Montgomery County.
