Project Manager for Astea's full suite of products. Managed a two+ million dollar implementation of Astea Service Management application within the client's customized environment. Coordination of activities between client's developers, and Astea's local and off-shore developers.

Business Intelligence Consultant with strong experience working with the COGNOS suite of BI Tools including: Analyst, Contributor, Excel add-in for Analyst & PowerPlay, Impromptu, PowerPlay Enterprise Server, IWR, Upfront and Access Manager. I had ten solid years of consulting expertise with Fortune 500 companies including the pharmaceutical, utility, insurance, transportation, as well as government agencies, with a particular focus on pharmaceutical sales & marketing and the related key data sources: IMS, iMany, specialty wholesaler data, and government pricing. My responsibilities included working on design, project management, installation through implementation.

Developed a corprate reporting system for the SRF Casualty department. Assisted the department to migrate their reporting database from a flat file, static environment to a replicated relational environment. Assisted two departments (nine branch offices with over 100 users) develop, test and implement their BI reporting requirements.
