As part of a very innovative team, we use Revit models provided by the designers to optimize them in 3ds Max.Use Datasmith to port 3ds Max models to Unreal Engine. Unreal Engine adds textures and lighting to export high quality images and animations.Adobe Photoshop and Premiere are used to adjust and enhance the finished product.Notable achievements include:• Successfully implementing new processes and standards for revamp of asset libraries; thereby, making them more user-friendly and easier to search.• Evaluation of new software and developing training videos to instruct team members on proper use and best practices.

Responsible for all aspects of production from initial concept development through post-production and project delivery.Production Manager/Production Lead, ensuring projects were completed on time, on budget, and maintained the proper level of quality. Conduct software assets tracking to monitor license usage, subscriptions, and upgrades to eliminate unnecessary license purchasing and avoid lapses in service. Training and mentoring new and existing team members on best practices, new software, and updated workflow techniques, including building up a new team after the previous members left for other opportunities.Boosting notoriety and awareness of the visualization team throughout the company using internal social networks and platforms; such as Salesforce, Chatter and ProjectWise.Frequently collaborate with team members across the country and around the world: Projects of note include Golden 1 Center and Sidra Medical and Research Center with other project types including but not limited to, healthcare services, sports venues, mixed-use developments, water treatment facilities, tunneling, roadways, railways, and bridges.Notable achievements include:Successfully developing and implementing custom software deployments that were rolled out through the over 60 computers used by the team. Creating a database to track all hardware assets used by the team; including, computers in our dedicated in-house render farm allowing me to track issues, upgrades, and warranty information to ensure efficiency and cost-savings.Completely re-organize and restructure the network folder that houses the team’s finished work; which incorporates, developing naming conventions for files and folders, training team members on the changes and enforcing the new standard. Alleviate the pressure on our Helpdesk by troubleshooting issues with the team’s hardware and software before opening a ticket; resulting, in many cases, the problem solved without elevation.

Projects of note include the Chung Pyung Spiritual Training Center for the Reverend Sun Myung Moon in Korea, Cue at the Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis (the restaurant attached now known as Sea Change), Lotte Busan Tower II, an unbuilt high-rise office/residential tower that would have been the tallest in the world at the time and other projects types including but not limited to justice buildings, courtrooms, mixed-use facilities and large-scale residential and retail developments.
