The ALDI Case Competition was a competition for a class called "Computers in Business" in which the participants had to create a video presentation that identified a customer-facing technology ALDI could implement into their business processes. Each video produced was watched by executives at ALDI and the top five videos were selected by ALDI and invited to a finalists ceremony. At this ceremony they listed off what they believed to be their top five videos, and gave feedback on what each video could've improved on as well as giving the top team a cash prize. - Wrote and helped produce the script and the video that gave us 1st place in the competition out of the 308 other teams who participated - Developed meaningful connections with my team members through the making of the script and video to ensure the success of our case competition - Engaged in a finalists meeting with ALDI to network with some of the highest executives who work with ALDI

Half Hollow Hills Little League was a baseball league ranging from Kindergarten through eighth grade. Each game was played in a huge baseball complex called Ostego Park, that had a numerous amount of fields with different sized fields so the kids can play on a field to their respective grade level. Each grade level league had multiple teams which provided each team in the league different competition to play against throughout the season. Throughout my two seasons of umpiring for this little league, I umpired a wide range of kids from grades K-3 including playoff games.- Officiated to ensure the integrity of the game for both teams to create a better playing environment and to retain players for the following seasons - Arrived early to each game in order to build relationships with participants, to give the players a sense of belonging and importance of being part of this league - Made extremely critical decisions in high pressure situations which gave me confidence in my decision making skills
