Contracted by Ohio State E-Rate Coordinator to assist in filling out FCC forms 471s in preparation of the Emergency Connectivity Fund filing window, a Congressional fund of $7.5 billion dollars to assist all school districts nationwide proactively prepare their emergency quarantine networking needs in the upcoming 2022 funding year.

Maintain and edit the Avionics Maintenance Manuals for the U-2 reconnaissance aircraft, including graphical corrections, for Lockheed Martin's venerable Advanced Development Program, otherwise known as the Skunkworks.

• New Development: Completed a rapid-fire project under budget and ahead of schedule as the only technical writer for the maintenance effort. With no advance warning of the new project, I authored technical and training documents estimated to take 6-8 months, broke the core tasks out, and completed them in just three weeks. This radical change in processes allowed the customer to review the data before their first test event and provided early critical feedback, ensuring mission success.• Operational Sustainment Technical Writing: Created, maintained, and updated technical manuals and job guides procedures for Northrop Grumman products, complying with company and customer style guides and military standards. Able to quickly research and develop new complicated systems via analyzing engineering documents and engaging with Northrop engineers and other SMEs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of procedural updates. Expert in utilizing Arbortext and S100D markup formats.

• Manufactured Northrop Grumman products to customer specification, including fabricating composite materials, cable fabrication, electrical routing, and structural work.

• Technical Writing and Test Conductor: Developed test and check procedures for a critical piece of Communications equipment on the local test bench, saving the Navy up to $200,000 in repairs per item. I was able to reverse engineer the equipment based on known outputs, injecting and analyzing a 1 kHz tone to test and check all radio discreet signals, and using a DC Voltage Generator to simulate the activation of Cryptographic equipment to test the encrypted audio signals.• Systems Integration Lab Supervisor and Quality Assurance: Successfully led and provided production planning for eight sailors as shift supervisor, ensuring timely production and a one hundred percent mission success rate. Ensured Quality Assurance on all production of the work center, applied extreme attention to detail inspecting 320 pieces of special mission equipment, resulting in the highest production turnout in shop history.• Avionics Technician: Maintained, troubleshot, repaired, and reconfigured special mission equipment and avionics systems for 6 Special Mission P-3C aircraft, including optics, communications, navigation, networking, radar, telemetry, and ESM in both a lab setting on test benches and onboard mission aircraft. Became the local expert within the command for interpreting signal traces to determine the significance of the data and the internal condition of the equipment.

• Adaptable to New Software Suites: Utilized Autodesk software packages (Maya, 3DS Max, Mudbox), as well as Adobe (Photoshop, After Effects, Premier, InDesign) to create 3-D assets for clients. Highly proficient in in picking up a new piece of software as needed, self-educating myself on the functions and workflow, and mastering it within a week or so.
