AMS Accountancy Ltd. We are Chartered Accountants based in Swindon. We work with Freelance Contractors throughout the UK, and provide Accountancy services and tax advice for all types of local businesses, from new Start-ups to established businesses including Sole-Traders (Self-Employed) to Partnerships, Limited Companies and LLPs.I started working for AMS Accountancy Ltd in 2007 as an office junior. I have learnt a lot whilst working for the company, and after gaining several promotions, I am now manager of our accounts department.The clients I liaise with are mainly small local businesses, operating as limited companies, sole traders, or partnerships.My main skills and responsibilities include:• Preparation of annual accounts• Preparation of VAT Returns• Payroll calculations and submissions• Preparation of Personal income tax returns• General business and individual tax advice/planningI enjoy providing advice to clients and helping them understand how they can run their business in the most tax efficient way.
