Develop technical documentation on what our security systems are, how they are installed across the organization and our multiple datacenters, and how to keep the security systems in good operational hygiene.Provides system and network architecture support for information and network security technologies.Provides trouble resolution on complex problems and supports implementations for system and network security technologies.Helps coordinate and prepare the reporting of data security events and security tool outagesProvides technical support to business and technology associates through risk assessments and implementation of appropriate information security procedures, standards and technologies.Assists with major upgrades and reconfigurations of security systems following the proper change control process.Maintains relationship with key vendors and internal technology personnel.Determine and perform complex configuration changes to meet business and information security requirements.Helps perform capacity and funding analysis on our security systems.Recommend and implement capacity increases; serve as the technical escalation for results of preventative maintenance routines.Supervise preventative maintenance; represents infrastructure security support in significant projects and performs the most complex operations and administration tasks.
