    Led the Development Team for VIBE as the project modernized from an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB-VIBE) framework to an AWS cloud-based Enterprise Gateway of hosted web services (EGIS-VIBE), which initially involved maintaining two applications - one Tibco-based and one web-service-based - while the Tibco services were phased out and converted into micro-services. The back-end databases were also migrated from a data center to cloud-based environments.In addition to this modernization effort the team continued with developing additional functionality to support USCIS Service Center Operations in their mission to adjudicate work-related employment benefits, including two new interfaces with the Department of Labor, which allowed users to view and download DOL Labor Certifications in VIBE which previously had to be requested by email (DOL was able to successfully decommission this process after requests dropped from over 4,000 a year to less than 40, which they attributed to our interface).
