The time I spend day in and day out, all move me toward one major goal - providing opportunities for my family. As a husband, father of two, sibling to three, and a son I find it's important to give my time and energy for the benefit of the people I love. I enjoy critical thinking, problem solving, college basketball, and traveling. My days are packed with a focus on impacting the people around me, allowing them to live better lives. How I accomplish this:I have a hand in spreading the good news about Elate and the impact we have had on organizations looking to drive consistency and execution of their strategy. As a former teacher, I understand and enjoy seeing the strong impact visibility and collective buy-in can have on quickly growing organizations.
