Accountable for the IBM project portfolio across data centre, network, mainframe, and security towers on the Westpac account. Directed project managers and solution architects (17 people) to achieve goals and manage the customer relationship.

Joined Westpac account to complete infrastructure transformation proposal as part of major contract renewal ($1B plus outsourcing deal signed in 2010). Went on to establish data centre and migration program to support Westpac’s business drivers of reducing operational risk, service consolidation, and moving to new IT platforms.
