I am actively working on improvements to healthcare insurance denial reporting with the aim to drive down patterns before they get out of hand.

I was hired through my LLC to work directly with Noel, Founder at IQAccountant. He was looking for someone with expertise in Power BI to help talk through different business scenarios.

I built from the ground up, a brand new Power BI tenant. In time, this became a trusted source for C-level and Enterprise reporting. I worked to increase visibility of team wins through KPI reporting. I went through the process of defining, documenting, and then implementing reports and dashboards used to highlight productivity. By deploying a data gateway, I was able to introduce an automation component to business operations. Using a combination of Power BI schedules and Power Automate cloud flows, I managed a detailed process to refresh and distribute data every day.

I contracted for short-term project work on-site at a US bank ranked among the top five in the country. I was brought in to support portfolio governance for systems of record during their peak season. Responsibilities included setting up document repositories and monitoring ticket queues capturing requests from various IT project teams for one of the largest PMOs at the bank.

I managed a small team providing day-to-day support and training to vendors in the US, Mexico, India, and China. I supervised forecasting and planning for eight data entry locations keying over 12 million submissions annually, and two document scanning facilities processing over 20 million submissions annually.

I managed a customer manufacturing and delivery pipeline in the copper/brass, rod and tube line of business. I served as representative under a special contract granting me authority over manufacturer owned goods, at times exceeding $3.5 million in value. I was the only person on-site authorized to transfer ownership of manufacturer on-hand inventory for local distribution.
