Chris Morgan is responsible for driving the growth and innovation of Ecolab's global pharma and personal care portfolio, serving customers in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and personal care sectors. He leverages his expertise in strategy, technology, and digital transformation, to deliver value-added solutions that enhance quality, safety, and sustainability for Ecolab's life sciences customers. Previously Chris was SVP & GM Purolite Industrial and Life Science. In this role he was focused on driving growth of Purolite solutions in the Industrial and Life Science sectors. Purolite is the world leader in resin-based separation, purification and extraction technology. Purolites core technology products are critical for a wide range of operations, including potable and groundwater, food & beverage, nuclear power, hydrometallurgy, APIs, and exciepients. They help industrial customer soften and demineralize water, purify sugar, remove radionuclides and concentrate valuable elements, such as lithium, gold, silver, and uranium from mineral ores. Their products are used in lifescience to develop APIs and excipients that help with taste-masking agents, drug carriers and tablet disintegrantsPreviously Chris was VP & GM, Digital Growth for Ecolab's Industrial Sector. In this role he is focused on driving growth in digital tools designed to help Ecolab's customers be more successful. These tools help customers achieve financial, water and sustainability objectives by leveraging IOT, connected chemistry, enterprise performance tools, new technology innovation, and cloud-based real-time and predictive optimization.Before that, Chris served as VP & GM for Nalco Water Institutional North America. The Nalco Water Institutional team focuses on customers in the hospitality, commercial buildings, healthcare, and new construction segments. Nalco Water's solutions help companies operate more efficiently and increase productivity while minimizing water use. Prior to his Vice President and general manager role, Chris served as vice president of marketing, Nalco Water Global Light where he was responsible for developing a world class marketing organization and leading the strategic planning, globalization of platforms and innovation pipeline.Prior to his VP & GM role, Morgan held various marketing leadership roles across Ecolab businesses and divisions across after starting in Ecolab's Research and Development group leading various product development teams and earning several patents.
