My goals are to ensure quality standards employed by the company, evolve the quality management system and continued accreditations in accordance with ISO 17025, 17020, and 17065.I have 4 years experience with ISO 9001 as a quality manager and 2 years experience as an operations engineer that worked for an engineering consulting firm. My experience in this position has consisted of standard operating procedure development and implementation to improve operator efficiency and maintenance reliability system development and maintenance. I also was a manufacturing engineer in a water treatment at a Mosaic facility, working for Hatch Inc, with 1+ years experience of membrane filtration, water quality improvement, and plant management including safety, inventory, and operator management. My past experience has been learning the process of making fiber cement inside and out. I have worked in Raw Materials and understand our specifications and effects. I also have worked on the machines and learned how to make them run as well as run them well. In addition, used my PCI/PDI engineer role to make strides in yield reduction, and reduce variation on our machine successfully. In addition, as Quality Manager for James Hardie Building Products, I ensured product durability and waste reduction.
