As an engagement and practice leader, I’m passionate about serving as a trusted advisor to meet the needs of senior finance and accounting executives. For the last 15 years, I’ve had the opportunity to serve in various roles within PwC to develop and refine a broad, unique perspective. I draw on my experiences in financial reporting and tax valuation, technical accounting, M&A, divestitures, auditing, financial diligence, financial modeling, strategic valuation advisory, and across industries to deliver a multi-disciplinary approach when advising my clients. I enjoy building a team, and am passionate about creating an inclusive, challenging, and engaging environment to facilitate the development of others.In my current role as a Managing Director in PwC’s deals practice, I bring my broad perspective to serve my clients. I currently lead our regulatory valuation practice in North and Central Texas, serving clients across a variety of industries. My key areas of focus include business development, engagement execution, teaming with other engagement leaders, managing and building our team, and creating a positive experience for clients. I also serve as a national specialist for the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector and have deep experience with some of the largest transactions in the industry. During my career at PwC, I’ve valued businesses and assets totaling over $500 billion, advised large enterprise, PE, middle market, and private companies, and had the fortunate opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile clients and deals. I’ve also served in various internal roles including as the Valuation Diversity Partner Champion for Dallas, the lead director for the Valuation Technical Center, and lead developer for our internal valuation model development. I am a proud graduate of Texas A&M University where I earned a B.B.A. in Accounting along with a Masters Degree in Finance. I am also a CPA in the state of Texas.
