As part of the Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Chris has performed asbestos sampling, lead-based paint sampling, radon testing, lead in drinking water sampling, and mold/moisture assessments. Chris has performed construction draw inspections and prepared construction loan monitoring reports for lenders and developers on multifamily and large commercial projects ranging in size up to $34.7 million dollars. Chris also has extensive experience supervising and managing construction projects. Lastly, Chris is a real estate investor with a growing portfolio of properties he owns and manages.
