Leading the development of installations, websites, mobile apps and prototypes from conception to deployment for clients who include The V&A, Science Museum, Samsung, Siemens, Nestle and Pernod Ricard. Leading a small team of creative technologists and crafting realtime, usable, beautiful interactive experiences. Recruiting, training and mentoring graduates and juniors. Played a key part in establishing Great Fridays, specifically from a development, operations and technical strategy perspective. Responsible for all development projects coming through the studio: from defining, architecting and prototyping solutions through to working with the 6 strong development team to produce, release and launch creative solutions. Key involvement on all projects from concept & pitch to execution & delivery. A pivotal team member in fusing creative treatment, information architecture, functional and business requirements for clients who include Real World (Peter Gabriel), Emma Watson, Mr and Mrs Smith, Liberty, Ubisoft and DCSF.

Led a range of design-focused digital projects for clients including Adobe, Habitat, Liberty, MTV, Activision, Debenhams, Next, Pepsi and Robbie Williams. Client-facing from pitch through to entire project life-cycle. Established processes to improve efficiency across the production department such as version control, workflow, continuous integration and various other tools. Developed technical strategy and helped grow the company from 4 employees to 20. Managed the 4-strong development team.

Multimedia developer working with Flash, Director and HTML on a 1 year University placement. Rapidly gained experience and trust and was given increasing responsibilities on projects. Worked as a Lead developer on several projects for key clients including the BBC and Cambridge University Press towards the end of the placement. Contributed to the award winning Sonica Spanish learning tool.
