I‘m an athlete that was driven by my own battle to overcome scoliosis, and through helping others rebuild and thrive. After being forced to retire from elite level hockey, no specialist was able to help, so I’ve dedicated over two decades refining unique methods. Through self massage, functional & corrective training, muscle activation, neuromuscular techniques, fascia release, and TYM focusing on removing the layers of tension, rebalancing, and building my body, and others. Now, I help assess clients in 3D, I.D. dysfunctional joints, reduce pain, align structure, increase function, and perform better. Training & treating athletes, enthusiasts, and individuals from pain to peak performance, guiding them to a more functional rewarding life.
