I lead and inspire a team of consultants to deliver Permanent/FTC and Secondment Recruitment across Transport for London. The team deliver circa 4000 hires a year in many varied functions including Engineering, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Project Management, Commercial and Technology. My team have a strong history of successful direct sourcing using advertising, social media, head hunting and research/mapping and have made significant cost savings using this methodology. I am also a Health and Wellbeing Champion alongside my role, I encourage physical activity by creating groups and inspiring movement.Transport for London (TfL) is the integrated body responsible for the Capital’s transport system.
