Supervising a team of Talent Sourcers and Sourcing Associate across four remote regions – Mid America, Great Lakes, Southeast and Southwest. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition/Facility leadership to understand position requirements and establish effective sourcing strategies and processes. Develop enterprise sourcing strategies in partnership with leadership. Participates in the creation and presentation of the sourcing strategy briefs with the strategy team to executives and other stakeholders.

Identify areas of opportunity and help drive programs that can benefit their recruiting strategy.6. Partner with internal facility managers to engage in community events or provide learning opportunities for the school, community or professional networks. 7. Partner with internal sourcers/recruiters to identify hard to fill, high volume service lines and provide a pipeline of candidates or solutions to their recruiting setbacks.
