About Chris Whicker
Hello, Chris Whicker here. I am married to a wonderful woman I get to call my wife, Jodi. We have been married for almost 3 years now and still on our honeymoon! We also have 4 incredible adult children, 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren!! On another note, I am passionate about helping others grow, whether it be speaking at church, public forums about staying healthy or events for eXp Realty. Regardless of how or why our paths cross, I believe we need to “Live Life Full” and experience each day as if it might be our last, pay it forward in other words! I decided to get into real estate right out of college. In 1977 I opened Coldwell Banker Whicker Realty, Inc. and Whicker Construction, Inc. in Colonial Beach Virginia to carry on the passion I have for real estate. I’ve also worked around the country in business development assisting other real estate firms in retention and growth.On another note, I was very honored to be elected as Mayor of the Town of Colonial Beach in the 80s and enjoyed those years as a public servant to that community. I’m focusing on helping others achieve optimum financial and health goals as well as serving my real estate clients around the country. I enjoy coaching individuals to exceed their goals and continue to be driven by my desire to help others. My diversified background in building business, health and real estate coaching makes me uniquely suited to find and develop relationships with folks who aspire to "Live Life Full". I am committed to maintaining the highest level of service and commitment to my clients.
