Built comparison and testing tools, collaborated with SE and CS teams, and performed level II support including hands-on triage and workaround development.• Developed a bidirectional javascript API and advanced customization options to help SEs to prototype prospect and customer solutions. Coordinated use case data to learn about unmet needs to help inform roadmap prioritization. • Operationalized a data-driven approach for both product and engineering teams:⁣  ⤏ Leveraged Pendo’s feature tracking to tag Vue components for monitoring 500+ features across the core editor. Used initial learnings and examples to drive adoption across product, design, and customer success. ⁣  ⤏ Built Datadog dashboards to monitor critical transactions including timing details and success/failures rates. Added detailed info so that all events could be tied directly back to the impacted customer during triage.⁣  ⤏ Extracted historical feature data and guesstimated use cases from database json blobs using Sql and Jupyter notebooks• Reduced critical publishing workflow times by 90%, while decreasing the number of failures by 99% (< 1 a month). • Introduced screen sequencing to the editor, allowing builders to quickly capture and reorganize their demo storylines. Added advanced functionality for capturing, replacing and reusing portions of a screen across the demo in addition to core functionality like undo/redo, collaborative editing, and drag/drop for guide position and sequence.
