Managed all IT personnel as per my previous position, as well as took a more hands on approach to the direction of the site features rather than just the development of them.Unfortunately for me two months after I started it was decided the product, though profitable, made no sense for the direction the company was moving in and was shut down. It was a smart business decision and Manwin was eager to keep me so I switched to another team.
