Current• Manage and mentor a highly successful development team producing applications and API services on cloud-based and private servers, including hiring new developers and onboarding staff making in-house transfers • Instituted and continue to use a team ticketing system for managing development tasks and workflow • Created and manage the ongoing use of an in-house knowledge base for documenting software engineering standards and processes • Drive automation of manual processes to reduce errors and increase efficiency • Champion and facilitate continuous improvement in code quality and data integrity • Direct evolving design of hybrid cloud solution to monitor and manage cellular data usage, including application throttling • Direct evolving design of and manage development of a web portal allowing customers to view data about historical usage, and perform self-service configuration to control content filtering and bandwidth usage • Engaged with and directed the work of a team of student interns as they contributed to company projects • Coordinate server deployment and traffic routing with network staff • Direct management of private Linux servers in data centers across the country • Manage Azure resources (Data Factory, Azure SQL Server, Power BI, app services, blob storage), including cost management and coordination with Microsoft account manager
