- Acting as a central point of contact for suppliers and internal teams for all procurement-related topics for cameras, drones, phones and cross-category b-stock assets- Responsible for the complete purchase order process, including the communication of adhoc sourcing inquiries, quarterly and monthly demand forecasts and order placement in SAP and Salesforce- Negotiation of asset pricing, delivery conditions and delivery timeframes with suppliers- Ensuring timely delivery of assets by proactively resolving claims/disputes and operational issues (i.e. incorrect invoices, delivery delays, faulty deliveries) - Independent negotiation of marketing support from suppliers and brands for the Black Friday period (cashback/sell-out allowance, marketing development funds, sales in support)- Daily consolidation of open purchase orders for the accounting department to ensure timely payment of open supplier invoices in an effort to meet delivery schedules- Cross-team collaboration with category management, logistics, and accounting to ensure optimal performance of cameras and drones category as well as alignment on procurement activities, strategy and priorities- Onboarding of key accounts/suppliers in camera category to move away from indirect business via third party distributors toward direct business with a supplier - Close collaboration with Grover’s legal team to review and adapt required contracts to access new partnership levels with suppliers and brands. This allowed Grover to acquire new products on official launch dates, improving the on-site portfolio and expanding product options for customers- Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures- Autonomous preparation of presentation decks for regular supplier review meetings and Grover pitches to new suppliers/brands

- Social media reporting via Social Pilot and Content Cal for 17 clients - Preparation and monthly presentation of analytical reports based on social media performance- Website traffic analysis and website usability consultancy via Hotjar - Research for bachelor thesis titled "Improving Usability through Website Traffic Analysis: Benefits, Hindrances, and Implications."

- Review of marketing content submitted by brands while demonstrating close attention to detail and ensuring adherence to sustainability and D&I guidelines- Managed onboarding of partners during rapid scaling of the product (from 100 to over 900 active brands)- Extensive communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the needs of all parties are met- Challenging stakeholder expectation, when necessary, to facilitate optimal collaboration and shared definition of the desired outcomes- Improvement of communication with partners by managing high volumes of email requests via Salesforce - Integration of different standardized response templates to optimize communication speed and response quality- Creation and management of extensive product feedback documentation, which is used in communication with product managers to discover performance blockers and to establish product improvements

- Proactively contacting potential clients and industry networks to pitch the creative studio and the services offered- Monitoring and management of bookings and cooperations- Talent & influencer scouting based on client briefings and management of USP of each talent

- Preparation and execution of German language classes for several small groups of students (typically 1-2)- Tailoring of course content to the individual German level of each student, ranging from A1-C1- Assistance in organizing excursions and events for the students within the framework of the exchange program

- Weekly 'Stammtisch' meeting for 2 hours in local restaurants to promote language exchange among students.
