Startup product leader turned Growth Hacker consultant. After founding two companies and selling one, I found that I enjoyed and had more success at growing companies than starting them from scratch. Since 2011, under the umbrella of CROmetrics, I help companies grow exponentially through data-driven decision making: A/B testing, user testing key flows, end-user surveys and interviews and writing SQL queries to better understand customer needs and behavior. CROmetrics works with several companies simultaneously to guide our clients through the transition from opinion-based to data led marketing and product development.

Director Of MarketingSpinergy Jun 1995 - Jun 1999Rochester, Ny, UsBeing a bike racer since 6th grade, this was a great first job after college. We made prefabricated carbon fiber bike wheels, which was very innovative at the time since consumer-level composite manufacturing techniques were new, and most consumers were used to having bike shops build wheels by hand. By having top professionals win key races, we drove adoption of the wheels by local racers. Once the racing market was penetrated, we successfully moved down-market to the high performance recreational market by getting Bicycling Magazine to review competitive wheelsets (we were best, of course) and focusing on the maintenance-free aspect of the wheelset.
