A skilled and highly effective general manager of transformational programs and capability-building strategies, my international career has seen me heading up technologically-enabled process and cultural change initiatives. Known as a strategic-thinker and problem-solver, in previous roles I have been aligned with areas as diverse as enterprise performance management, data and analytics, information technology and employee experience. Currently as the head of a large and geographically-dispersed team, I have been pioneering digital enablement across the workforce management space, from operational considerations such as service management to cultural factors, such as employee experiences. In my former posts I have held strategic positions, where I have led the creation of comprehensive new approaches to business intelligence, across technological solutions, development of metrics and benchmarks, generation of insights, and advocacy for the new platform for each area of the business. Throughout my career I have established and provided accountable leadership to multidisciplinary and professionally rounded teams. I have also often been asked to remediate issues across BAU operations and stalled or underperforming projects, lending my expertise as a partner to the organisation and advocate for the overarching vision.
